Maxene pinapakalma ng ‘meditation’ pero may mga hugot pa rin: ‘I am a human who is allowed to make mistakes’

“I love it when a new month starts on a Monday because it makes it a lot more motivating for me to keep showing up and doing the work.

“Tbh, it hasn’t been easy to keep myself as focused and disciplined as I would hope to be. I realized that I still fall back to my old ways from time to time and if it wasn’t for my steady and consistent meditation practice, I probably wouldn’t even notice being stuck in my unhealthy patterns,” simulang pagbabahagi ni Maxene sa kanyang IG followers.

Patuloy pa niya, “Good thing I’ve been watching myself like a hawk by being more observant of my own behaviors.

“Through meditation, I am able to zoom out and see myself from a much broader perspective.

“I become a witness of my own thoughts, words and actions and when this happens, I make sure not to judge myself as I understand that I am a human who is allowed to make mistakes,” lahad pa ng panganay na anak ng yumaong Master Rapper na si Francis Magalona.

Dagdag pang pahayag ng aktres, “Observing myself through meditation makes me see everything that I need to work on which is why this process of self-realization and healing requires me to be non-judgmental and compassionate.

“So especially on days when I need it the most, I offer myself flowers of love, patience, kindness, grace and compassion which I lovingly pluck from the garden of my soul.

“Healing is messy, beautiful and deep. The inner struggles and external battles that we face in this lifetime can cause us pain and suffering but it is entirely up to us whether we will allow negative energies to disturb our peace.

“Maybe the next stage of our healing journey is just telling more people to f*ck off?” ang diretsahan pang sabi ni Maxene Magalona.
