Negosyo tips ni Alden: Huwag masyadong maging emosyonal kapag nagdedesisyon dahil…

Alden Richards at Bea Alonzo

But siyempre, the beauty of being a CEO in real life is you always have to open yourself with possibilities, good and bad possibilities kasi ganu’n siya,” pahayag ni Alden sa nakaraang solo presscon niya para sa “Start-Up”.

“When you step into being a businessman, ine-expose mo ‘yung sarili with all na puwedeng mangyari. But the good thing is you keep learning from it. Kapag may problema, upuan n’yo as a group,” aniya pa.

“When it comes to business, you always have to be subjective and never be too emotional with decision-making. Sobrang difficult nu’n when your emotions get in the way of your decision-making. Baka dapat mag-step back ka muna at buuin mo muna ‘yung sarili mo.

“Never make decisions when you’re too high on a certain emotion, good or bad man ‘yan, too happy, too sad, too mad or anything, kasi you will regret your decision.

“So, kailangan every time you decide it has to be within a neutral state of mind. When it comes to progress, mas naniniwala pa rin ako sa slow burn rather than you wanted to make it big immediately,” paliwanag ng binata.

Dadgag pa ng leading man ni Bea Alonzo sa “Start-Up”, “It’s alright to set your expectations high with your ideas, but also leave an area.

“Siyempre, hindi naman lahat will go according to plan, may times na matitisod ka. But going back, there are no failures naman, only lessons and you will learn from it,” pahayag pa ng Pambansang Bae.

Bukod kina Alden at Bea, kasama rin sa Pinoy version ng hit Korean series na “Start-Up” sina Yasmien Kurdi, Jeric Gonzales, Kim Domingo, Gina Alajar at marami pang iba.
