Marespeto namang nakiusap si Nico na huwag munang pag-usapan si Shandii, “I can’t really make kuwento. I will say no comment on the details on that.
“Siyempre, Shandii was very close to me. She’s my manager. Shandii gave me a big break three years ago in Culion. It was a Metro Manila Film Festival movie.
“And again, that was around the time when I won an acting award for Sabado, so it really propelled my career.
“I was always wowed by Shandii’s work ethics. Her talent as a producer and eventually, as a director for Love at the End of the World.
“I have lots to thank for Shandii para sa career ko. With what happened in Thailand, I will leave a no comment, pero we’re all deeply sad,” sabi ng binata.
“It was an amazing opportunity. I was working with the current richest trans in the world, she is a billionaire.
“And other big names have worked with her, Clint Bondad, Kirk Bondad, other Bollywood actors, such huge Bollywood actors, so she’s bringing in a lot of international artists,” chika ni Nico.
Dagdag pa niya, “It was just a pleasure to work with her. She is a character. I mean, I’ve never really met somebody like her before and the line of work was strenuous. Very tiring days but very rewarding.
“And I hope to work with her more in the future kasi she has a big network there and a big production. Really cool opportunity.
“Again, it’s another one to add to the list in terms of international projects.
“Unfortunately, the experience I was expecting, it end up…I wouldn’t say it was an enjoyable time because of what happened, pero thankful pa rin ako sa opportunity,” aniya pa na ang tinutukoy nga ay ang pagpanaw ni Shandii.
“I am humbled. Like I said, I’m just so happy to be with this management. Fingers crossed, you guys will be seeing a lot more of me on Vivamax.
“I think I’m just happy to be with Viva because I feel like this is something that they haven’t done before, they haven’t really taken talagang foreigner na magaling umarte and I am claiming that,” ang diretsahang pahayag pa ni Nico.
