“That was during the pandemic and when the (ABS-CBN) franchise was closed. The second time that I was doubting myself was when I was about to go home and everything was just tearing apart.
“I’ve gone through such a challenge in life. Even if these challenges almost got me to stop but at the end of the day, I want to thank God nahimasmasan Niya ako.
“He gave me a sign that I should stay. Grabe talaga yung prayers. I’m so thankful na God really was there for me even at my lowest point in my life,” pag-amin ng singer-actress.
“And I’m just so thankful to my mom for always reminding me that I’m not alone and I shouldn’t give up. I’m just so grateful sa challenges na yun kasi it made me who I am today and it made me a strong woman.
“I’m so thankful that I get to share with others and inspire them to never give up. If life beats you up, at the end of the day you should stand up and set dreams for yourself. Always dream big and never give up on your dreams,” pagbabalik-tanaw pa ng Kapamilya young star.
Nabanggit din ni 19-year-old singer na ang talagang nagbibigay sa kanya ng motivation na ipagpatuloy ang laban ay walang iba kundi ang pinakamamahal niyang pamilya.
“Yung moment that I had with my dad and my brother while stargazing when he just told us to never give up on our dreams. And that’s what keeps me going.
“And yun yung memory na it keeps me going through whatever challenges I have in life kasi my mom always told me na dumadaan lang yan sa buhay mo to build you as a person you are going to be in the future.
“That’s what I’m so excited din about. I’m so excited every day because I get to learn something new and I get to apply to myself. And what’s even more exciting is I can share it to a lot of people and I could inspire them with my experiences in life.
“These days it’s really hard for people to keep on going. They feel that they’re alone. I want to make them feel that they’re not alone. There’s a lot of us,” pahayag pa ni Anji.
Todo naman ang pasasalamat niya sa kanyang parents, “First of all I wanted to say thank you because if it wasn’t for you, wala din ako dito, hindi ako nabuo.
“I am so thankful to you mommy and daddy. It’s because din of how you raised me to dream big and how you keep on always encouraging me to not stop.
“If matumba ka it’s okay. that’s what they always told me and I’m always so grateful that you taught me that very quote that I’ll always remember.
“Thank you for the love because if it wasn’t for your love I wouldn’t be able to write the song ‘Dalampasigan’. Because that song is really for you. I just wanted to say how much I love you,” chika pa niya.
