“If there’s anybody that I’ve missed that I’ve worked with before, siguro si Ms. Iza Calzado,” pahayag ni Julia sa nakaraang virtual mediacon ng kanyang Vivamax original digital series na “The Seniors.”
“I worked with her a couple of times before and she’s remained to be one of my good friends from the business.
“She’s like an ate to me. Like a mom most of the time also. We keep in touch and she also sends me her good energy and her love.
“So she always makes me feel na she’s still very much present and around. Although she’s very busy now. Two months na siyang naka-lock-in for Darna,” chika ni Julia.
“Siguro one of the important things that I learned in high school that I kept with me all these years especially being in the world that we’re in now is staying true to who you are and keeping your feet on the ground.
I feel like the friends that I still have until now love me for that.
“So I think entering the business, it’s also such an important factor to stay true to who you are and have your own individuality because it sets you apart from everybody else. People can hate you but definitely there will be people who will love you for who you are,” lahad ng girlfriend ni Gerald Anderson.
Ito naman ang naging paalala at payo niya sa lahat ng mga binu-bully lalo na sa school, “Stand up for yourself. Don’t take it personally. Usually the bullies are the ones who really have a problem. Talk to somebody about it and don’t allow it.
“Don’t tolerate being bullied. You show them you can’t be bullied and ignore. Ignorance is bliss. So let them look the way they already look being a bully but don’t take it personally. Usually sila ang may problema. Just pray for them,” pahayag pa ng dalaga.
