Buhay ni Karen Bordador sa loob ng kulungan ibabandera sa MMK: Kapit lang tayo guys, God is good!

Karen Bordador

“I’ve always said MMK is the most iconic show in the entire world not just the Philippines for all the Pinoys. It is such an honor to have my story told there.

“Tapos it’s a two-part episode pa. Parang wow! On a very beautiful month where it celebrates women. So to see it in a video and see all the actresses play the part, you know I used to live it for five years quietly on my own.

“Tapos sabi ko, ‘I wonder if one day someone would like to share this story?’ I’d write it in my planner, every single detail of what happens to me in a day and it’s going to be in a two-part episode. Who is able to say that, di ba? It’s amazing,” ang pahayag ni Karen sa “MMK” mediacon last March 8.

“Inside sa jail we call it kulong-bia or hong-kulong para lang mas light, nag-uusap-usap kami sa loob na one day mag-MMK ka, ha.

“Tapos in less than six months they reached out, I think within two months na nakalaya ako. So what you dream about, it really happens when you pray for it.

“So, I’m going to make a lot of people inside kulong-bia very proud. Ha-hahaha! So I can’t wait. Honestly I could not expect less.

“Kasi si Lord talaga pag inilagay ka sa isang sitwasyon, I will be loud and proud about it, talagang the longer and the harder the pain is, the greater the happiness and joy that you will get.

“So to everyone out there, if you’re experiencing anything really bad in your life, expect the most beautiful thing to happen to you soon. So kapit lang tayong lahat guys. God is good,” pahayag pa ng dating “PBB” housemate.

“Nu’ng kakalabas ko lang ng Pasig City Jail when I was acquitted, once I stepped out of that facility, without having to share my story I knew I was free.

“I knew I could do anything in this world. I can fly.

“I’m free. It feels amazingly great to be able to share that with all of you. And this sharing is not to set me free but it’s to set a lot of people free and to make them realize that life is great.

“People out there, they’re in their mind’s prison and they’re not even physically in prison. So I want to be there to let them know, ‘Guys, look what happened to me. Five years.

“Look at where you’re at. You’re in a more privileged situation. So let’s all set each other free with my story,’” aniya pa.
