Maxene nag-share ng 5 tips kung paano lalabanan ang matinding takot: Huwag na huwag susuko!

MALAKING tulong sa mga taong patuloy na inaatake ng takot, anxiety, depression at iba pang mental health problems ang ibinahaging tips ni Maxene Magalona.

Sa kanyang Instagram account, nagbigay ang Kapamilya actress ng limang paraan kung paano harapin ang iba’t ibang uri ng takot lalo pa’t may banta pa rin ng pandemya sa bansa. 

Ayon sa isa sa cast members ng ABS-CBN series na “Viral Scandal” na pinagbibidahan nina Joshua Garcia at Charlie Dizon, kailangang harapin at labanan ng isang tao ang nararamdamang takot kahit na mahirap gawin.

Narito ang limang payo ni Maxene na maaari n’yong subukan kapag inatake na kayo ng takot o anxiety.

“1. Feel the fear. Sit with it. Breathe with it. Ask yourself where it is coming from. Analyze but don’t attach. Just notice, observe and let go.

“2. Relax and release. Don’t allow it to build tension in your body. Understand that fear is just a human emotion that your soul is allowed to detach from.

“3. Practice gratitude. Count your blessings especially when you’re starting to feel fear and anxiety in your mind and body.

“4. Visualize success. See yourself as your highest self and start showing up as that person.

“5. Transform negative energy into positive energy by learning how to direct it in purposeful ways. Lift it to God in prayer.”

Samantala, sa isa pang IG post ni Maxene ay ibinahagi naman niya ang ilan sa kanyang mga natutunan sa gitna ng pandemic.

“If there’s one thing that I learned throughout this whole pandemic is that we should NEVER allow ourselves to give in to fear. 

“This whole ordeal is keeping most of us living in fear and while I understand that we all have different situations, I still believe that fear is universal and we can all wholeheartedly choose to eliminate it. 

“By submitting and surrendering ourselves to the divine plan of God, we will be able to transform the energy of fear into faith.

“I know this is easier said than done but with determination and consistency, we can keep practicing choosing faith over fear,” paliwanag ng aktres.

Diin pa ni Maxene sa kanyang IG post, “This is the number 1 thing that I do every time I feel fear creeping into my system. 


“By practicing mindfulness, I am able to sense when my emotions are getting the best of me so I consciously make the decision of breathing through them and lifting them up to God in prayer.

“I accept and feel the fear but still choose to go through with what my gut instinct tells me because I seriously believe that it is God’s way of guiding me. 

“Through this process, I am able to sharpen my intuition and become my own best friend/cheerleader who encourages me to keep going and keep moving forward.

“Because if I don’t do all of this inner work, who will?” sabi pa ng Kapamilya star.
