Piolo Pascual
“Parang sumobra ‘yung pagiging comfortable ko sa pahinga that I just wanted to get rid of anything na hindi naman kailangan. To the point that you know, I was just living a basic life every day for several months,” sabi ni Piolo sa digital mediacon ng “Sun Life: Partner in Health” kung saan isa siya sa mga celebrity ambassadors along with Charo Santos and Matteo Guidicelli.
“There were days na hindi ako naliligo, there are days na hindi ako nakadamit. You know, I’m just roaming around the property, so it’s hard to kinda you know, ask me to do stuff for work.
“It was really hard for my handler, my manager to get me to do videos,” sey pa ng binata.
“Mabait ang Diyos, hindi tayo nagkasakit, even my family,” aniya pa.
“I guess, for me, isa na rito ang mga bagay na gusto ko pang gawin sa buhay, you know, such as acting projects, movies that I’d like to produce, businesses that I’d like to pursue, and siyempre, people I wanna spend time with – my family, my mom, my son and my loved ones.
“That’s why, I guess, ganoon ko alagaan ang health ko because I know it’s worth it,” chika pa ni Papa P.
“I don’t want the feeling of deprivation. I always believe in balance, so I just came out of the bubble I did a show for two weeks, and as soon as I got out I rewarded myself a plastic of chicharon.
“Once in a while you have to indulge and as long as you were able to work out and it’s nice to feel that your rewarding yourself once in a while specially during the pandemic when you don’t have to look a certain way there were times you look sluggish and not feeling like not to work out.
“But you have to pick yourself up and be fair, it’s not all about feeling good but also you are rewarding yourself, you feel you don’t wanna work out give yourself a day off or two then get back on your feet. It’s a matter of balance for me,” aniya pa.
Susundan ito ng “Imperfect Balance: How Mental Wellness Bridges Work and Life” sa May 14.
You are Worth It: Illuminating a Path towards Holistic Health.”

“As we continuously endeavor to bring our lives back to normal, let us not forget the lessons we have learned from the past two years. Our health is an important factor in securing a brighter future, and so keeping ourselves healthy is truly worth it,” ang pahayag ni Sun Life President Alex Narciso.
“It would be Sun Life’s honor to walk this journey with them. With this campaign, we are reemphasizing our commitment to be the Filipino’s partner in health,” aniya pa.
