MALUNGKOT na ibinalita ng award-winning OPM group na Ben&Ben na hindi na muna itutuloy ang nakatakda sana nilang performance sa Expo Dubai 2020.
Nagdesisyon ang grupo na i-postpone muna ang nasabing concert dahil ilan sa kanilang miyembro ay tinamaan din ng COVID-19.
Ipinost ng Ben&Ben sa pamamagitan ng kanilang Facebook page ang official announcement para sa nasabing Dubai concert.
“After much discussion and consultation, it is with deep regret we announce that we will have to postpone our performance at the Expo Dubai 2020 this January 27, 2022, due to COVID cases within the band and our team,” ang bahagi ng mensahe ng grupo para sa mga tagasuporta nila sa Dubai.
Humingi rin sila ng pang-unawa sa lahat ng kanilang fans, “We understand how this will come as a disappointment to many of you who were looking forward to meeting us there.
“But we as a band decided it to be the best decision in the interest of everyone’s health to postpone the performance.
“We humbly ask for your kind understanding as those of us affected recover from COVID,” pahayag pa ng Ben&Ben.
Abangan na lang daw ang kanilang next announcement tungkol sa bagong date ng concert at looking forward na rin daw sila na makapag-perform uli nang live sa harap ng kanilang supporters.
“We will make our absolute best effort to nurse ourselves back to the best condition possible to provide you with the quality of performance we have been so excited to share with you.
“Thank you so much, Liwanag, for your patience and understanding. We’ll keep you posted with updates regarding this as soon as possible,” ang nakasaad pa sa official statement ng grupo.
