Alex kinumpirma ang pagkawala ng 1st baby: Thank you for giving mommy and daddy joy even for a short span

IBINAHAGI ng TV host-actress at vlogger na si Alex Gonzaga sa publiko ngayong araw ang tungkol sa una sana niyang pagbubuntis sa panganay nila ni Mikee Morada.
Sa pamamagitan ng kanyang Instagram at official Facebook account, ibinalita ni Alex ang malungkot na balita — aniya nalaman nilang mag-asawa na buntis siya dalawang buwan na ang nakalilipas.
Nag-post si Alex ng ilang litrato nila ni Mikee habang nasa ospital siya pati na ang pregnancy test na ginamit niya. Aniya sa caption, “Hi. 2 months ago we found out that I was pregnant and 3 weeks ago, we got a heartbreaking news that we might be having an anembryonic pregnancy (blighted ovum).
“Our doctor advised us to wait for the process to naturally take its course. So we had to wait for awhile for the pregnancy to finally end before we can tell our story,” pahayag ni Alex.
Ayon sa isang health website, ang “blighted ovum” o “anembryonic pregnancy” ay isang kundisyon kung saan ang fertilized egg ay naka-attach sa uterine wall pero hindi nag-develop ang embryo nito.
Pagpapatuloy pa ng aktres at TV host, “The waiting and praying tested our faith and there were a lot of crying.
“Everyday we were clinging on to a miracle that an embryo would still appear but last Tuesday, the Lord’s will prevailed and we finally closed the book of our first pregnancy,” aniya pa.
Sabi ng nakababatang kapatid ni Toni Gonzaga, nagdesisyon siyang ipaalam sa publiko ang nangyari sa kanya para magsilbing pag-asa at inspirasyon sa mga mag-asawang dumaraan din sa katulad na sitwasyon.
“We share our story to give hope that in the midst of this pain and loss the Lord will always sustain you.
“To any couple who’s going through this or who might go through this pain, don’t ever lose hope.
“It’s not your fault this happened. At your own pace you can start to grieve and heal.
“Mikee and I held on to our Lord Jesus to prepare and help us accept our situation.
“He blessed us with a kind of LOVE that is ready to understand. We know that in His perfect time He will bless us with our ultimate desire,” lahad pa ni Alex.

Nagbigay din siya ng message para sa nawalang anak nila ni Mikee, “To our baby whom we almost had, thank you for giving mommy and daddy joy even for a short span.
“Lastly, thank you to everyone who gave us time to heal,” sabi pa ni Alex.
Marami naman ang nakisimpatya sa nangyari at pinagdaraanan ngayon ng YouTuber, kabilang na si Mariel Padilla na nagsabing nakaka-relate siya sa sitwasyon ni Alex dahil naranasan na niya ito.
“Seeing your photos brought me back to my experience. I love you!!! Stay strong!!! Praying for you! You have an angel looking out for you,” mensahe ni Mariel kay Alex.
