K Brosas
Aniya, “This is a classic example of over promised, never delivered. It’s very unfortunate that this is not going to be the last time we will be hearing this kind of horror story. Looking at her house I’m guessing it’s around 300+ sqm and based on the context of her post 7M is almost the entire contract cost. Which is very much below the going rate in today’s construction.
“I’m sure if ever this post reach 1000 comments, 100 of those will tell you ‘kaya naman yan eh’. Don’t believe them. Run as far away from them as possible. Because although it’s true that they ‘can’ do it, but the question is, is it the proper way of doing it?
“Will they build the house as per engineering specifications? Will they finish the house as per architectural specifications? Most importantly, will they have proper technical supervision throughout the entire project?
“I have seen countless houses built differently from the intended design specs in consideration of cost. There is a proper way of doing this and that is by coordinating with the proper professionals.
“But since it’s almost a certainty that their cost cutting measure is unacceptable they would rather finish the entirety of the project on their own diskarte, have the professionals check in the hopes hindi mapansin pinaggagawa nila and if mapansin saluhin nalang daw nila ang responsibility and then turnover the house to the unknowing client who thinks they are living in the house promised to them. At the end of the day, it’s the client who suffers from all of this.
“Moral of the story: Cheapest does not mean the best. Always hire the right people for the job. Always prioritize quality and your family’s safety.”
Mula kay @Sherellyn Frilles, “Sa totoo lang P7M is still a huge money.
Nasa 30000/sqm yan so halos 9mio. ++.
