HINDI pa natutukoy ang taong nasa likod ng pekeng delivery booking na nagpa-stress at nagpasakit sa ulo ng aktres na si Kris Bernal.
Ngunit tuwang-tuwa namang ibinalita ni Kris na gumawa agad ng aksyon ang Grab para kahit paano’y maresolba ang pambibiktima sa kanya ng scammer at sa mga naperwisyong delivery riders.
Sa kanyang Instagram account, nagbigay ng update ang aktres tungkol sa fake food delivery booking kung saan ginamit nga ang pangalan at address niya ng scammer.
“I just want to commend GRAB PH, for how they handled the incident. Just a few minutes after my posts, Grab has gotten in touch with me and has urgently conducted an investigation into the fraud delivery bookings.
“They checked in on the delivery partners and ensured that they were compensated for this incident.
“The riders were not charged but instead were reimbursed. Grab has already blocked the number. So far, no more fake Grab bookings.
“Though, two fake bookings (No longer from Grab) by the same culprit came last Sunday. Hindi pa rin niya ako tinigilan,” ang pahayag ng actress-entrepreneur.
Dagdag pa niya, “Yesterday’s stress-free day is brought to you by all of you, my fiancé, my cute outfit, and Grab! Just grateful!”
Kung matatandaan, umabot sa 23 food orders ang ginawang booking ng taong nangloko kay Kris, “I have no idea who did this and I can’t remember any incident that triggered this to happen.
“All I know is I didn’t do anything wrong to someone for me to deserve this kind of treatment. What saddens me the most is I’m not the only one affected in this situation but also the Grab drivers who were victims of the fake deliveries.
“I really hope that there was even a bit of sympathy to the riders. They are the main victims here. I hope the person who did this will feel a bit of conscience,” ang mensahe ni Kris sa una niyang post.
