Inilarawan ng anak ng yumaong Master Rapper na si Francis Magalona ang kanyang 2020 na, “most eye-opening and soul awakening time of my life.”

Sa pamamagitan ng Instagram, binalikan ni Maxene ang naging buhay niya noong nakaraang taon sa Bali. Nag-post siya ng litrato nila ng kanyang husband na kuha sa isang tourist destination sa Bali.

Aniya sa caption, “This past year has been a true testament of how much beauty and abundance could unfold in your life if you listen to your heart, tune in to the frequency of the universe and strengthen your relationship with God.

“This has definitely been the most eye-opening and soul awakening time of my life so I just want to express how grateful I am to God for bringing us here and keeping us safe and protected this whole time.

“This pandemic showed me what truly matters in life which is our spiritual connection to the Divine. God is the only reason why we are here on earth living and breathing so it is just right that we worship Him and give Him thanks.”

Patuloy pa ni Maxene, “Personally, I’ve discovered that by staying deeply rooted in our faith in God, He will definitely guide us in our life journey.

“It’s just the same as saying that the universe communicates with us through energy so if we allow ourselves to vibrate in the frequency of gratitude, abundance, compassion, selfless service and love, then our life will be filled with those kinds of vibrations.

“It’s just up to us to choose the kind of energy we want to be surrounded by. It’s up to us to turn to God as He has always just been waiting for us to surrender.

“So go ahead and open your heart to God and be ready to receive His blessings. You deserve it,” mahaba pa niyang mensahe.

Kung matatandaan, noong March, 2020 nagtungo sa Bali ang mag-asawa para sa isang yoga teachers training hanggang sa abutan na nga sila roon ng lockdown.

“Our schedule for the training was March 1 to 24 and during the middle of March, that’s when the lockdown started happening.

“We had the option to fly home or if not, we were going to get stranded here. We figured, because coming here to the teachers training, one of my intentions, one of my goals, was to actually heal myself, my mental condition.

“My intention was to not give in to fear, to just trust the process and to surrender, and that I think was the perfect challenge for me… I felt like I owed it to myself to really stick it out and just trust the process and surrender it to God. So we decided to stay,” lahad ng aktres sa isang panayam.

Pag-amin pa niya, “I’ll be honest, I was anxious. I was, like, ‘What happens if I get sick? What happens if I run out of funds?’ So I was, like, no, I’m going to stick to this and really invest my time, my energy, my money into this healing process and so far so good, it’s been turning out really well.

“We’ve been extending our visas. Even if nagkaroon na ng flights, my husband and I decided to stay and really give our all into this healing journey of ours,” sabi pa ni Maxene.
