NGAYONG Lunes na, Dec. 28, muling mapapanood ang Kapuso drama series na “Love Of My Life” sa GMA Telebabad matapos itong mamahinga nang ilang buwan sa ere dahil sa COVID-19 pandemic.
Natapos na ang lock-in taping ng programa kaya maghanda na sa pagpapatuloy ng kuwento ng serye with its new and fresh episodes.
Magsisimula munang ipalabas ang kanilang pilot episode leading up to the much-awaited continuation of their story.
Sa pagbabalik-taping nga ng cast, todo papuri si Coney Reyes sa mga co-stars niyang sina Carla Abellana at Rhian Ramos, bukod sa magaling nang umarte bilib na bilib din siya sa professionalism ng mga ito.
“Happy to be working for the first time in a TV drama with Carla Abellana and Rhian Ramos. These two young actresses exhibit excellent work ethics and display remarkable acting skills. I would say they are underrated. Through time, I know they will get even better and shine even brighter! Such gems of GMA,” post niya sa Instagram.
Nag-share naman si Carla sa kanyang YouTube vlog ng naging experience niya sa lock-in taping, “So far, so great. Nag-eenjoy kaming lahat dito. We’re very grateful for our work and for this place.
“Hindi lang kami makapag-usap-usap dahil concentrated talaga kami sa aming mga eksena lalo na sa mga linya namin given na for seven weeks ang hawak naming scripts,” sey ng aktres.
Para nama kay Rhian, “Our lock-in taping for Love of My Life has come to an end, and I’m leaving our bubble with memories I’ll cherish.
“So many good times. In the end, it’s those things I take with me. It’s amazing what we were able to achieve despite all challenges. Ipinagmamalaki kong makasama sa isang palabas na gawa ninyo, thank you for having me in your team.”
Sey naman si Mikael Daez, nahirapan siyang magpahaba uli ng buhok at facial hair na naging signature look na ng kanyang karakter sa serye na si Nikolai. Pero hindi naman daw siya nahirapang gampanan uli ang role.
“I got to know Nikolai very well at the very start and hindi ko siya nakalimutan because I enjoyed working with that character. I enjoyed working with the cast, with Carla, Rhian, Direk Don (Michael Perez), and the whole crew.
“For me, remembering the character wasn’t as difficult especially because we had six to seven weeks of script to read. So after reading, that’s at least two hours per script at the very least. So by the time you start taping, you’re very much reacquainted with the character and everybody else as well,” aniya.
Kuwento pa ni Carla sa panayam ng GMA, medyo nahirapan siyang umiyak uli sa isa niyang eksena, “At lock-in taping, it was a little bit difficult to adjust into character. I don’t know why, siguro effect na rin ng pandemic, I honestly don’t know why.
“But just to share, on our first taping day, I had to cry in a particular scene as the camera would dolly in, papatak ang luha sa left na mata.
“I was able to do that during pilot week, I am normally able to do that but for that particular first taping day, hindi ko nagawa.
“Sabi ko, ‘Ano ba? Bakit ba? Hindi ba ako malungkot? I did everything pero hindi ako makaiyak.’
“It was the first time I experienced anything like that. Whether with preparation or no preparation, I’m still able to cry but for that particular time, hindi ko siya nagawa which kinda pressured me.
“Getting back into character took like a taping day or two but everything else naman flowed freely and good” pag-amin ni Carla.
Kaya tutok na ngayong gabi sa pagbabalik ng “Love Of My Life” sa GMA Telebabad na siyang papalit sa nagtapos nang “Descendants of the Sun (The Philippine Adaptation).”
