Isang netizen ang nagtanong sa hunk actor kung nag-apologize na ang hindi na aktibong aktres sa pagsasabi nito noon na siya ang ama ng ipinagbubuntis na panganay.
“Hindi pa,” ang diretsong sagot ni Albie sa netizen.
Kung matatandaan, noong 2011 naging malaking issue sa showbiz ang pagtanggi ni Albie na siya ang tatay ng unang anak ni Andi na si Ellie.
At noong 2016 nga, lumabas ang katotohanan na si Jake Ejercito pala ang tunay na ama ng bata. Aminado si Albie na talagang sumama ang loob niya dahil naapektuhan nang bonggang-bongga ang kanyang showbiz career dahil sa kontrobersya.

Nabasa ni Andi ang IG Story post ni Albie dahil tinag talaga siya ng isang netizen at ang sagot niya rito, “Not that I owe you any sort of explanation, but since you’re the only one that has tagged me in this, I actually already have. (You can ask him that too).
“You and the rest of the public are not aware, because I never owed you that apology. I owed that to him. You see, it’s one thing not to have given forgiveness. That’s something I can’t control. But it’s also another thing to say otherwise,” aniya pa.
Hirit pa niya sa netizen, “Did any of you even remember that the root of this controversy was because I was physically abused? Right. I don’t think so. But you know what? I’m OK with it.”
Dagdag pa ni Andi, “This is exactly why I found my happiness living away from the limelight, and all the constant judgment from people you don’t even know, people whose opinions should never have mattered. But did. It still did. Because I was only human.”
