So ang ginagawa ko, nag-e-exercise ako every day. I read books kapag bed time. I also use a liniment bago ako matulog,” aniya sa panayam ng Unang Hirit.
Chika pa ng Kapuso actress-TV host, “Being home quarantined gives me a lot of time to reflect on myself. I have more time to hang out with my family, like cooking together and watching movies.
“I’m also so blessed to have time to do the things I love the most like writing songs.
“These past few weeks, I was struggling so much to get the most eight hours of quality sleep because I tend to overthink, especially of the current situation we’re going through right now.
“I’m wondering how many of us are experiencing the same thing,” paliwanag ng dalaga.
“But remember, nothing beats getting the right amount of sleep!
“Now more than ever, it’s important for us to stay healthy and strengthen our immune system. I’m glad I’ve found a way to better sleep.
“I hope you guys are able to get the quality sleep you need. Stay strong, healthy and keep spreading the good vibes to everyone!” chika pa ng Kapuso actress.
