Ayon sa ulat, niratrat si Mohammad Taha Abdulgapor sa harap ng KCC Warehouse sa Brgy. Apopong pasado alas-4 ng hapon.
Sakay si Abdulgapor ng kanyang kotse nang tambangan.
Naitakbo pa siya sa Sarangani Bay Specialists Medical Center, kung saan siya namatay makaraan ang apat na oras.
Dating opisyal ng Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA) si Abdulgapor at kasalukuyang guro sa Department of Islamic Studies sa College of Social Sciences and Humanities ng MSU General Santos City.
Miyembro rin ang biktima ng Local Monitoring Team (LMT) ng Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).
