SA kabila ng nararamdamang stress at anxiety attack dulot ng COVID-19 pandemic, nananatili pa ring positibo ang celebrity twins na sina Mavy at Cassy Legaspi.
Ibinahagi ng anak nina Carmina Villaroel at Zoren Legaspi sa kapwa nila kabataan ang mga ginagawa nilang paraan para malabanan ang anxiety attacks.
Unang tip ni Mavy, maglaan ng oras para sa exercise at home workouts, “It gives off good energy. It gives off good vibes. It releases stress. Proven ‘yun.
“Just do the right amounts of workouts, right amount of exercises that will release off the stress,” aniya pa.
Para naman kay Cassy, magandang “gamot” din sa stress ang pagbabasa, “If you’re not into fiction, may self-help books. There’s a lot of good books out there. It’ll just entertain you and help you, and get your minds off the screen every now and then.”
Ikatlong payo ng kambal, mag-family bonding sa pamamagitan ng panonood ng TV. Chika ni Mavy, “Right now in GMA, they’re showing a lot of throwback teleseryes. So ‘yun, manood kayo. It gives you bonding time with your family, with yourself, or with your loved one.”
Next na tip ni Cassy, discover a new hobby na pwedeng gawin habang naka-quarantine, “Try something new that you’ve always wanted to do before. So if you wanted to cook, cook. Or if you want to know how to sew, then sew. Just do it, you have all the time in the world.”
At siyempre, mawawala ba ang sikat na sikat na ngayong TikTok. Sabi nga ni Mavy, “I feel like when people join a trend or when people do a trending dance, you feel like you’re part of a community. You feel parang you’re at home, it’s safe.”
Muling paalala ng binata sa interview ng GMA, “A lot of people are also going through this, but at the same time, there’s an end to this. Think positive. If you really can’t think positive, find that inner peace in yourself. Only you have the key to do that.
“With that, just do everything you can to get yourself back on your feet because after all this lockdown, after all this pandemic, at the end of the day, the world needs you, your friends need you, your family needs you, your work needs you, your school needs you, your classmates need you.
“A lot of people need you once this quarantine is over. Think about that, get back on track, and I love you.”
Para naman sa kakambal niyang si Cassy, “I know that there’s a lot of time in our hands right now, and you feel like you have to be productive 24/7. You have to be doing homework, you have to be working, cleaning, or working out.. but please don’t forget that you are only human and you are allowed to rest.
“Don’t force yourself to be productive 24/7. Just know that you’re human. You deserve a break, you deserve to rest. We got this. Kapit lang guys!”
