NASAKOTE ng pulisya ang top 5 Most Wanted ng Samar.

Si Roberto Gatil, construction worker, ay naaresto sa kanyang bahay sa Amaya Uno, Balete st., Tanza, Cavite, noong Martes ng gabi.

Si Gatil ay miyembro rin umano ng Waray-waray group na sangkot sa mga pagnanakaw at pagpatay.

Siya ay wanted sa kasong murder. Hinuli siya sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na may petsang Pebrero 7, 2013 at ipinalabas ni Judge Aderico Avila ng Regional Trial Court branch 29 ng Catbalogan City, Samar.
