“I commend the PNP (Philippine National Police) and the NBI (National Bureau of Investigation) for not losing their sight on POGO-related violations such as this. I urge them to not take their foot off the gas and continue running after erring POGO companies,” ani Yap.
“This is unacceptable. Whether they are licensed or not, their POGO operation is illegal. I-check natin yung mga visa ng mga yan kung tourist o working visa, regardless, they should be on the first flight out of Manila as soon as we resumre flight operations. This is a clear violation of the ECQ,” dagdag pa ng solon.
“The foreign workers are still here at alam natin na may posibilidad pa din talaga na mag-operate sila sooner or later which is clearly illegal without clearance from PAGCOR and the government. This should be a wake up call and I urge PAGCOR to look at this and make the necessary interventions.”
