Si Donn Dave Eric Agupitan, 33, ng Caloocan City, ay naaresto sa quarantine control point sa San Agustin st., Villa España 2, Brgy. Tatalon, nang dumaan ang suspek na sakay ng motorsiklo.
May dala umanong dalawang kahon ng alak na inorder umano sa kanya. Hinuli ang suspek sa paglaban sa QC Ordinance No. 24 o Liquor Ban.
Nakumpiska sa kanya ang 24 bote ng 355ml Mexican made Corona Extra La Cerveza Mas Fina Beer at 24 na bote ng 355ml Stella Artois Belgium Beer.
