“My wife lost her only brother yesterday to the coronavirus. I can’t even begin to put into words how devastated she is. I have never seen her this way. He was 38,” simulang pahayag ni Mo.
“I have never seen someone I care about so broken. I’ve been crying for days, not just for the loss of my brother-in-law, but for the pain it has caused my wife, her mother, and what will come for Francis’ wife and son.
“It’s two parts really — the shock of losing him and then the shock of not even being able to be together to comfort each other.
“His young son is now isolated, he needs to be isolated from others who have been in contact. My mother in law is isolated after losing his son. His wife has to be isolated. It’s crazy to think of that.
“They can’t be together. It’s unbelievable,” pagpapatuloy pa niya.
Dugtong pa niya, “I’m not a doctor, I don’t have science behind that statement. I just knew if we are careful we should survive it. [Now] I’m not so sure anymore.”
“Well, even if we do survive it, it has taken so much life out of my wife and her family and that sh*t is permanent.
“It will leave a hole so big in our lives forever that I don’t care for the lessons we will learn. I’m only focused on what was lost.
“He wasn’t just a young man, he was a good man. He did not deserve this. His young son didn’t deserve it. If we were so loved, good people like him shouldn’t be taken this way.”
Ayon pa kay Mo Twister, sana raw ay naging doktor na lang siya para marami siyang nagawa para sa kapatid ng kanyang asawa.
“This day will test my spirit and my resolve.
“Today, I wish I had a degree in infectious diseases because I would be f*cking relentless and obsessed in stopping this thing, for my wife,” pahayag pa ni DJ Mo.
Nauna rito, nag-post din sa Facebook ng kanyang mensage si Angelika para sa kapatid, “Today, this morning, I lost my only brother. It’s shocking and I’m in disbelief that I just wrote that line.”
“Every single message I received today said the same thing: ‘We are sorry for your loss, your brother was one of the good ones.’
“All of those condolences made some reference to his character. That’s when you know it’s real. He was a genuinely amazing person. He was, to everyone.
“It didn’t matter who you were. I didn’t receive special treatment from my brother Francis, because he treated everyone special.”
Nanawagan din si Angelicopter sa publiko na huwag nang lumabas ng bahay, “While it’s all over the news, we know so little about what this world is going through.
“If you have lost someone close to this coronavirus, I’m sorry. Everyone, please stay safe. Stay home.
“Not just because it’s the right thing to do right now but because it gives you the opportunity that I didn’t have today, to tell my brother I love him. Use this time to cultivate that.”
“Perhaps in a few weeks or months, we will be back to our busy lives and I hope you maximized all this time to love your family.
“Francis didn’t need a quarantine or a lockdown to do that, we felt it every single day from him. That’s why today will be never-ending pain.
“My brother is survived by his amazing wife Jeni and brilliant son Gabe. I love you Kuya. Always and forever. Thank you for everything.”
