Si Randy Francisco, walang trabaho, at ng Maningning Extn., Brgy. Malaya, ay nakuhanan umano ng P34,000 halaga ng shabu.
Nakabili umano ng P8,500 halaga ng shabu ang isang poseur buyer sa suspek alas-5:40 ng hapon sa 90F Maningning Extension, Brgy. Sto. Malaya.
Hindi na nanlaban ang suspek ng hulihin ng pulisya.
