Ito ang iginiit ni Presidential Spokesperson at Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo matapos namang kumalat sa social media ang umano’y nakatakdang pagdedeklara ng pamahalaan ng lockdown sa buong bansa sa susunod na linggo.
“Absolutely not true. Stop believing false news and information,” sabi ni Panelo.
Nauna nang kumalat ang mga sumusunod na babala:
“Malacanang will announce that there will be a nationwide lockdown next week to include wet markers to stop people from going about…food will be rationed every three days. That’s why here in Manila they’re distributing passes. Advise is to stock food for two weeks. Covid is very serious and does not spare anyone”.
Nasa lockdown ang buong Luzon sa harap ng patuloy na pagtaas ng mga kaso ng coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
