NADINE LUSTRE
THERE is a looming court war between Nadine Lustre and VIVA dahil agad nagpalabas ng statement ang huli, stressing na exclusive artist pa rin nila ang ex-GF ni James Reid.
“Contrary to the Press Statement, Nadine remains an exclusive artist of VIVA as she has a valid and subsisting Management Contract.
“Under the law, Nadine cannot unilaterally withdraw from her contract with VIVA.
“Any dealings or professional engagements entered into by Nadine, without the consent or approval of VIVA constitutes breach of contract.
“VIVA shall initiate appropriate legal action against Nadine and/or third parties that directly deal with Nadine in contravention of Viva’s Management Contract.”
‘Yan ang sagot ng VIVA sa recent statement na pinalabas ni Nadine through her lawyer Atty. Lorna Kapunan.
“For the information of the public, Nadine Lustre is no longer a talent of Viva Artists Agency.
“Consistent with her rights under the Civil Code of The Philippines, specifically Article 1920, she has decided to terminate her agency contract with Viva.
“As of now, Nadine is self-managed and will continue to be so indefinitely.
“She shall directly manage her affairs from now on, and bookings and inquiries may be directly addressed to her.”
Marami ang kumuwestiyon sa ginawang pagkalas ni Nadine sa VIVA.
“LEGAL IMPLICATIONS… yan Nadine let that sink in. you should have just stayed with them. Aside from the fact na sila yong nagbigay sayo ng big break, dapat may professionalism din sa part ng talent. Di yong basta basta ka nalang mag withdraw sa contract. This sounds trouble talaga.
“May outstanding contract pa din pala siya sa Viva. Way to bite the hand that feeds you.”
“Dapat nag stick sa Viva at least doon ka nabibigyan ng importansya.”
