ALICIA KEYS AT KOBE BRYANT
Buong mundo ang nagluluksa ngayon sa biglang pagpanaw ng basketball legend na si Kobe Bryant dahil sa helicopter crash.
Kahapon, sa ginanap na 62nd Grammy Awards sa Staples Center, Los Angeles, California, binigyan ng tribute si Kobe na pinangunahan ng international singer-host na si Alicia Keys.
Nakasama ni Alicia on stage ang Boyz II Men para sa isang surprise performance kung saan kinanta nila ang “It’s So Hard to Say Goodbye to Yesterday” at inialay nga sa dating NBA superstar.
Narito ang ilang bahagi ng mensahe ni Alicia para sa legendary Los Angeles Laker, “We’re all feeling crazy sadness right now. Earlier today, Los Angeles, America and the whole wide world lost a hero. We’re literally standing here heartbroken in the house that Kobe Bryant built.”
“We never imagined in a million years we’d have to start the show like this. So we wanted to do something that could describe, a tiny bit, how we all feel right now. We love you Kobe,” aniya pa.
