Dead on the spot si Raymund Villaros, 22, dahil sa matinding pinsala sa ulo’t katawan, ayon sa ulat ng Ilocos Norte provincial police.
Naganap ang insidente dakong alas-9, sa bahagi ng Paoay-Balacad Road na sakop ng Brgy. 22 Nagbacalan.
Minamaneho ni Danilo Inocente, 39, ang trak (RKC-833) pa-timog, nang masalpok ang motor ni Villaros.
Lumabas sa imbestigasyon na lumipat sa kabilang lane ang motor kaya nasalpok ang trak.
