Ireport kompanya mong ayaw magbigay ng 13th month pay

IT is mandatory for all employers and companies to give 13th month pay to all its rank-and-file employees on or before December 24.

The law requires principal business owners to give its regular employees 13th month pay equivalent to one month salary.

These includes contractual and end-of-contract five months workers. Manpower agencies and service providers are required by law to also give 13th month pay.

Resigned and even those who worked for less than a year are entitled to this.
