NADINE LUSTRE AT KATHRYN BERNARDO
ULYSSES Lustre, father of actress Nadine Lustre, claimed that he’s not affected by the bashing of KathNiel fans.
Ulysses earned the collective ire Kathryn Bernardo’s fans when he posted this message on his Facebook account: “Facebook says, ‘What’s on your mind?’ I guess it means that I’m entitled to rant, once in a while.
“Here it goes: I’m Flop and you’re High Gross, what are you afraid of. You feel so threatened, you’re desperate to break US apart.
“I hope someday you get what you deserve. What comes around, goes around.”
Fans of Kathryn bashed him for that as they took it to mean that he is alluding to their idol.
“To all the bashers and haters, thank you for visiting my page and reading my posts.
“I don’t even read hate comments. At the end of the day, you became affected I’m not. Kudos.”
That was his reaction sa bashers na apparently ay hindi niya napanindigan. A day after he was bashed left and right, he decided to explain his side.
“After a day of rage and accusations, let me pick up the pieces. My posts are my personal opinion, and your comments are also yours. The sad part is people always have the tendency to HATE rather than to UNDERSTAND, thats why we don’t have world peace.
“My posts does not pertain to anybody in particular. The word ‘I’ means ME as the writer, ‘US’ means the THE TWO OF US and ‘YOU’ is not a particular person. In english YOU is also used to pertain to a GROUP of people.
“The words FLOP and HIGH GROSS pertains to two things in opposite, which I chose to use simply because I’m pertaining to the entertainment biz.
“And lastly as a father, being an idealist, I’m bothered when people throws rocks to someone who spreads happiness, healing and compassion.
“My daughter doesn’t have to prove anything to US anymore. From nobody to somebody. Three major awards in a year. Actress, singer, dancer, artist and director.
“Sold out concerts and multi media endorsements. And of course she attained it with the help of a lot of good people including her partner. Don’t get me wrong AGAIN, I’m not bragging just being proud.
“To all the Jadine, Nadine and James fans and supporters all over the world, my overwhelming gratitude goes to you all. Thank you for supporting and loving them thru thick and thin. To the extent of quarrelling for them. (Pls. refrain from doing so, as much as you can). Hats off to you.
“And to all the people who trespassed in my domain, leaving foul languages and vexations, your bullying days are over. May you be hiding in fake identifications and accounts, your IP address doesn’t lie. A team of IT’s, I hired yesterday is already working to flush you out. Not to mention the lawyers gathering enough evidence. Now let’s see how cybercrime law works.
