JOSHUA, BIMBY AT KRIS AQUINO
NAPA-THROWBACK ang Queen of Social Media na si Kris Aquino isang taon matapos siyang ma-diagnose ng autoimmune disease.
Sa kanyang Instagram account, nag-post ng mahabang mensahe ang nanay nina Joshua at Bimby kung saan binalikan nga niya ang mga challenges na kanyang hinarap – sa personal at propesyonal na aspeto ng kanyang buhay.
Narito ang caption ni Kris sa IG photo nilang mag-iina: “You gave me life, not just existence… it is a full year since my initial autoimmune diagnosis. we flew to Singapore a few days after for my 1st blood paneling & consultation w/ my lead doctor… nag promise ako recently that in this feed, you’d only see SMILES and none of my anger or tears.
“Looking back, these 2 boys gave me every reason i needed to not give up… kuya josh & bimb have never ever complained na nabago talaga kami dahil sa mga autoimmune conditions ko. I’ve often read: swerte sila dahil nakikita ninyong buhos ang alaga at pagmamahal sa kanila. i won’t be falsely modest, nabuhay kaming maayos dahil nagtatrabaho ako para matustusan lahat ng aming pangangailangan.
“BUT, this is a GRATITUDE post… God gave me sons who NEVER complained nor questioned bakit ganito ang buhay namin, bakit pag gustong makasakit, kadalasan damay sila sa pamba-bash, at bakit uploaded ang ilang moments ng buhay namin na kung iba ang naging nanay nila, may complete privacy sana sila.
“Exactly one week ago may ginawa ako na kung ako lang ang iniisip ko, hindi ko gugustuhin at kakayanin. BUT I owed Kuya & Bimb, a chance to be reassured that a more peaceful life is possible.
“Trust me when i say, tama ang PRIORITIES mo kapag inuna mo ang responsibility ng pagiging magulang bago ang kagustuhan mo sa pansariling ‘panalo’… this year has been a ‘BONUS’, i was already preparing for the very worst… but our Creator probably didn’t want to break the hearts of these 2 innocent souls kaya nagbigay ng ‘extension’ dahil magagaling ang mga duktor ko. Thank you for seeing the good in me as a parent, pero hindi ako dapat puriin sa aspetong yun, because my sons make that part of my life, EASIEST.
“I wanted to say THANK YOU, jackpot na kasi ako – i was given parents, in particular my MOM who until death gave only unconditional LOVE… and i have SONS who teach me every day how to effortlessly give and accept LOVE. #keepthefaith.”
