Benjamin Barrios, CSupt. Gerardo Padilla, PSII Francisco Abunales, CSSSupt. Celso Bravo, CSSupt. Melencio Faustino, CTO3 Cherry Caliston, Ruelito Pulmano, Emerita Aguilar, CInsp. Raymund Peneyra, CO1 Jomar Coria, CInsp. Roy Vivo, CSSupt. Wilfredo Bayona, CO3 John Edward Basi, CInsp. Abel Circuela, CInsp. Roger Boncales, PGII Eduardo Cabuhat, Ma. Lourdes Razon, Mary Lou Arbatin, Susana Ortega, PGIII Anthony Omega, PGII Antonio Calumpit, P/Supt. Robert Rabo, CCInsp. Jones Lanuza, CSO1 Victor de Monteverde, Maribel Bancil, Veronica Buno.

“This Office finds that the evidence in the form of testimonies of witnesses and public documents showing the anomalous release of prisoners convicted of heinous crimes/offenses appear to be strong,” saad ng Ombudsman.

“Noteworthy, respondents presently have custody and control over the documents pertaining to the questionable release of the convicted prisoners.”
