Kahapon ay pumunta si APL de Ap o Allan Pineda Lindo Jr., sa Kamara de Representantes para pumirma ng ceremonial contract.
Binigyan din siya ng ni House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano ng official jacket ng SEAG.
“I know that you want to see him perform and hear him sing in the Southeast Asian Games but I’m really hoping, this is a request to the TV stations, that you invite him as a guest because if you learn his story, his travels you will see the Filipino side in him and you will see how he is giving back to us being so so much to many that he has inspired,” ani Cayetano.
Si APL de Ap ay bahagi ng grupong Black Eyed Peas.
