HUMINGI na ang tawad si Ang Probinsyano Rep. Alfred delos Santos na waiter na sinapak nito sa isang restaurant sa Legazpi, Albay.
Bukod sa waiter na si Christian Kent Alejo, humingi rin ng paumanhin si delos Santos sa pamilya nito, sa Ako Probinsyano partylist at sa Kamara de Representantes.
Naging isa umanong aral sa kanya ang pangyayari.
“I have no excuse, only regret and the promise that it will not happen again. This single incident does not represent me or my values, and I will prove it by working hard to deliver our party platform and campaign promises to fellow probinsyanos, and from hereon conduct myself as an exemplary public servant worthy of the trust and confidence our people placed on us last election,” ani delos Santos.
Sinabi niya na hindi umano nito nagustuhan ang naging pag-ayos ni Alejo sa paper mat sa kanilang mesa sa Biggs Restaurant alas-3 ng umaga noong Hulyo 7 kaya pinagsabihan niya ito na ayusin.
Mayroon umanong hindi magandang salita na sinabi si Alejo nang pabulong kaya hindi niya napigilan ang sarili.
“I am not a bully or a troublemaker…The people who know me well can attest to that,” ani delos Santos. “I am sorry not only to Mr. Christian Kent Alejo and his family but also to the people who voted for Ang Probinsyano. Sorry for disappointing you.”
