HEART EVANGELISTA
KAHIT na-trauma at nakaranas ng matinding depresyon matapos makunan sa kambal sanang anak nila ni Chiz Escudero, gusto pa ring mabuntis ni Heart Evangelista.
Ayon sa Kapuso TV host-actress, ipinagdarasal pa rin nila ng kanyang asawa na magkaroon ng anak at handa pa rin siyang pagdaanan ang mga challenges ng isang nagbubuntis.
Sa nakaraang presscon ng bagong endorsement ni Heart, ang Thiocell, isang premium glutathione lozenge brand, natanong siya kung gusto pa niyang magbuntis uli sa kabila ng dinanas niya noong nakaraang taon.
“Well, I’m really not in a rush. To be honest, I was very traumatized with what happened to me.
“I’m a planner with my life, I plan things and it’s the first time I guess that I was tested by God. When that happened, mysteriously, it was just such a shock that so many good things star-ted to happen.
“So my husband (Chiz) and I decided that it’s important to embrace what is now. Ayoko naman tumanggi sa trabaho so I’m going to really focus on what I need to do this year, especially because I signed a few things that it’s impossible for me to be pregnant while I do certain things,” paliwanag ng isa sa mga judges ng StarStruck Season 7 ng GMA.
Pagpapatuloy pa niya, “Maybe without any pressure, if it happens by next year then it happens, if it doesn’t, I have nothing to complain about. I’m very happy, I have two kids (Chesi and Quino Escudero) at home, I’m very hands-on.
“So, whatever God gives me, I don’t want to question, I’m very content. Kung ibibigay niya, ibibigay niya then it would be perfect, ‘di ba?” aniya pa.
Kung matatandaan, last year, dalawang beses nakunan si Heart sa kambal sanang anak nila ni Chiz. At inamin naman niya na hindi madali ang kanyang pinagdaanan para maka-recover sa mga nangyari.
Tinanong din kay Heart kung payag ba siya na ipa-frozen ang kanyang egg cells tulad ng ginagawa ng ilang female celebrities na nagbabalak pa ring mabuntis in the future through in vitro fertilization.
“I think if I really need it (yes). Kasi I get check-ups almost every two months, I see my doctor a lot.
Thankfully, I don’t need to do that so I’m very okay, anytime. Actually if I try next month, I could get anytime. Although if I really really want to, I have no qualms whatsoever to try alternative things,” paliwanag pa ni Heart.
Samantala, sa presscon pa rin ng Thiocell, nag-share rin si Heart ng kanyang skincare secrets sa harap ng entertainment media at bloggers. Unang-unang chika niya, “I definitely don’t sleep on my face. I sleep like this (lying on my back) because of the gravity. You don’t want to create wrinkles ganyan.”
At sa paggamit naman ng make-up, “Make sure they don’t stretch your skin, so once you stretch it’s hard to go back so I just do a lot of preservation. And I just really make sure to moistu-rize a lot, whether it’s night or day. I really do a lot of moisturizing on my neck and then I focus on my eyes.”
Kuwento ni Heart, dagdag sa beauty routine niya ngayon ang pag-inom ng Thiocell, na isang gluthatione complex dietary supplement and vitamins at the same time. Talagang user na raw siya nito bago pa siya maging endorser.
“I take two in the morning. I just let it sit, I like to put it around my mouth because I feel like it really gets absorbed that way so that’s what I do,” chika pa ng misis ni Chiz.
Ang Thiocell ay hindi isang usual glutathione tablet, it comes in a chewable lozenges form kaya ang suggestion ni Heart, “Try not to chew and try not to swallow then it really gets absorbed because if you swallow it’s the same as tablet.”
