Kuha ang picture sa hospital room ni Liza sa US. Nagpa-opera kasi si Liza ng kanyang fractured finger and Enrique flew all the way from Manila para lang makasama siya.
When the photo surfaced on a popular website, marami ang kinilig as it showed how Enrique deeply loved Liza.
