Mandatory ROTC pasado na sa Kamara

INAPRUBAHAN ngayong araw ng Kamara de Representantes sa ikatlo at huling pagbasa ang panukalang pagbabalik ng mandatory Reserved Officers Training Corps.

Sa botong 167-4 at walang abstention, inaprubahan ang House bill 8961 na nagbabalik ng ROTC sa Grade 11 at 12 sa pampubliko at pribadong paaralan.

Ang panukala ay akda ni Deputy Speaker Raneo Abu ng Batangas na mag-aamyenda Citizen Armed Forces of the Philippines Reservist Act.
