OK lang bang mag-uwi ng bondpaper, stapler?

BRINGING home office supplies such as bond paper, ballpen, stapler and others provided to you by the company without the permission or knowledge of your superior is considered theft.

Though there are work-related jobs that needed to be done at home, you still need permission to bring althese supplies home.

Hindi ito iba sa mga company-issued na still and video camera, voice recorder, mobile phone na kinakilangan i-record, i-monitor at i-audit ng management.

Kung ang mga company-issued equipment and material na ito na nasira o nawala under your care would merit an investigation or explanation.

Medyo may gray area sa isyu ng pag-uuwi sa bahay ng mga office material. Yung iba ay walang policy regarding this.
So, kailangan mayroon company policy at ipaalam sa mga employees upang maging malinaw at patas.

Maraming mga kaso sa Department of Labor and Employment and National Labor Relations Commission levels na naging dahilan ng suspension at dismissal ng empleyado dahil sa pag-uuwi ng office supplies na walang pahintulot.
There are cases na may nanakaw o nasira nang di sinasadya ng empleyado, kaya pinag-e-explain, hanggang sa pinagsusumite ng police report.
Pero kahit walang company policy, it’s better to be above board, kailangan ipagbigay alam sa superior kung kailangan iuwi ang office material in the same way that we inform our emplo-yers about company
issued equipment and
gadgets.

Kailangan ipagbigay alam sa company dahil baka maging dahilan pa yan ng delay in seeking clearances. Baka maging sagabal pa yan sa pagkuha ng separation pay. Di ba?
