Sa kabuuan, aabot na 62,307 ang nabigyan ng Yellow Card.
Base sa ulat ng MHP Office, tinatayang 4,845 ang nagsumite ng bagong aplikasyon na naaprubahan, samantalang may kabuuang 56,048 ang na-renew noong 2018. Kabilang naman sa bagong cardholders ang 2,687 bagong lifetime members.
Noong 2017, umabot sa 1,414 ang naaprubahang lifetime members.
Sa kanyang pag-upo noong 2016, isinama ni Mayor Abby ang Quality Health Care Services bilang isa sa kanyang pangunahing polisiya at nangakong isusulong ang 100 porsiyento Yellow Card coverage para sa Makatizens, kasama na ang residente at empleyado ng City Hall.
“The Yellow Card Program is one of our greatest legacies to the city. It was born out of my father’s sincere desire to give the poorest of the poor quality health care services and medical benefits,” sabi Mayor Abby.
“We continue to improve and expand the benefits and privileges Yellow Card members receive, to ensure the health of the future generation of Makatizens. Residents are assured that they will continuously be treated by medical experts and receive free medicines,” dagdag ni Binay.
Kabilang sa mga binigyan ng Yellow Cards ay 21,152 family cards (na may dependents); 19,780 solo cards; 14,351 senior citizens; 2,923 empleyado ng gobyerno; at 4,101 lifetime o permanent card holders.
Kabilang sa mga benepisyo ng Yellow Card holders at kanilang dependents ay libreng konsultasyon, subsidized hospitalization at diagnostic test sa Ospital ng Makati (OsMak).
