Tsismis, inggit sa workplace not healthy

ALAM ba ninyo mga friends na different studies show that out of the 8-hour daily work, only 4 to 5 hours are spent on work related actions.
While the the other 3 to 4 hours are spent on meal and toilet breaks, social media activities and guess what?—tsismisan at inggitan.
Tsismisan at inggitan are parts of the workplace dynamism in producing goods and services but when the boss and supervisor are no longer in control, they become unhealthy, destructive and unproductive.

The only key here is that the boss should always be in control of the situation.
Marami siyang dapat gampanan bilang manager to keep the workplace bad vibes in check. The boss must be in control of the situation including intra-politics in the workplace.
But employees have roles to play as well in keeping the workplace healthy.
There is a need for employees to moderate and limit gossiping. We cannot avoid it but may limit lang dapat. Employees and superiors have roles to play to keep tsismis and inggit not dominate relationships within any workplace.
When these negative vibes dominate, both workers and employers lose.
Ikaw ba, how do you spend the rest of your 3 to 4 hours of your 8-hour daily work?
