Marco adik sa ketchup: Paborito ko siyang ihalo sa sinigang!

There’s one thing that kinda weird kay Marco Gumabao.

“Addict ako sa ketchup!” Marco declared during the media huddle for “Apple Of My Eye” na ipalalabas sa iWant ng Dreamscape Digital.

Pero iniwasan na niya ang pagkain ng ketchup, “Because ketchup is really salty.”

“But sometimes I still eat ketchup. Trivia about me, nagke-ketchup ako sa sinigang. Weird siyang pakinggan pero try n’yo muna bago n’yo i-judge. Kaming magkakapatid, lahat kami addict sa ketchup. Kapag fried food banana ketchup ang the best,” chika niya.

Come Valentine’s Day, mukhang sa work lang si Marco.

“Ako talaga, kung may oras lang, I’d take someone to the beach,” he said while admitting na meron siyang non-showbiz GF.

“Mukhang taping lang ako this Valentine pero okay lang, hindi ako nagrereklamo. Marami pa namang Valentine’s. marami pang panahon. For now, trabaho muna,” he said.

In “Apple of My Eye”, Marco plays Michael, an app developer, a millennial and very techie guy.

“Michael met Apple (Krystal Reyes), a very ordinary girl, walang gadgets, walang cellphone. She’s a flower shop girl. He falls in love with a simpleton. As the story goes, si Michael ang nagpu-push para makita niya si Apple. Siya ang gumagawa ng ways para magkasama sila. So it’s really the rich guy who falls in love with a very simple girl.”

So what’s his similarity kay Michael? “Unang-una hindi ako app developer. Hindi naman masyadong nagkakalayo kasi ako millennial din ako. I am a guy na mahilig sa cellphone or social media ako, never akong naka-meet ng girl na parang si Apple because every girl I meet, every person you ay meron siyang social media, meron siyang cellphone. Kung wala man siyang ganoon ay meron naman siyang laptop or what.”
