Rep. Garin maaaring ma-ethics

Leifbilly Begas - December 27, 2018 - 06:56 PM

“If there is a complaint, yes [it can be investigated], but we need a valid complaint. Maybe from one of the members or ipa-file dito pero kailangang may mag-sponsor na member,” ani Suarez.

(Richard) Garin. I know the father (Oscar).

“Pero gusto ko lang maklaro na ang actions ko are not directed to the PNP as an institution, or against its officers and personnel. My actions were a mere display of extreme frustration towards one, single PNP personnel na sa aking palagay ay nag-commit ng great disservice to the people of Guimbal,” ani rep. Garin.
