Xmas bonus pang boost ng moral

Alan Tanjusay - December 18, 2018 - 12:15 AM

WITH eight days before Christmas, employers still have time to reward their employees through the Christmas bonus.

For obvious reason, majority of workers prefer their yearly Christmas bonus to be in cash.

But there are some bosses who wanted to give something to their employees that would boost their morale.
They wanted to give something na medyo unforgettable.
Here are some:

Bukod sa noche buena package, sack of rice, and gift cheques, may ibang business owners ang nagbibigay sa kanilang mga empleyado ng night stay in a hotel.

Other employers give tour package, meaning transportation and accomodation to their employees as Christmas bonus.

Its also a good experience for employees to be gifted with concert tickets to their favorite singer or band, or even basketball games.

Gaya na nga nang nasabi natin na ang Christmas bonus ay hindi mandatory.
Kusa itong ibinibigay.
Although not mandatory, it is considered diminution or subtraction of benefits if discontinued.
Discretionary ito ng employer kung magkano at kung anong klaseng bonus ang ibibigay niya sa kanyang mga empleyado.

Cash, GC, groceries o privileges man ang Christmas bonus, ang mahalaga ito ay maibibigay.

The giving of Christmas bonus is a way for the boss to thank employees for helping the company grow.
