BUMABA sa 6 porsyento ang inflation rate ng bansa noong Nobyembre, ayon sa Philippine Statistics Authority.
Ito ay mas mababa sa 6.7 porsyento na naitala noong Oktubre pero doble ng 3.0 porsyento na naitala noong Nobyembre 2017. Ang inflation rate ay ang porsyento ng itinataas ng presyo ng mga bilihin.
Noong Nobyembre 2016 ang inflation rate ay 2.1 porsyento at noong 2015 ay 0.3 porsyento lamang.
“Slowdowns in the annual increase were noted in the indices of food and non-alcoholic beverages at 8.0 percent; housing, water, electricity, gas, and other fuels at 4.2 percent; and communication at 0.4 percent,” saad ng PSA.
Sa National Capital Region ang inflation rate ay bumaba sa 5.6 porsyento mula sa 6.1 porsyento noong Oktubre. Mas mababa naman ang naitala noong Nobyembre 2017 na 4.5 porsyento.
Ang inflation rate sa labas ng Metro Manila ay naramdaman din ang pagbagal ng inflation rate na naitala sa 6.2 porsyento mula sa 6.8 porsyento noong Oktubre.
Tanging ang Region III (Central Luzon) ang hindi bumaba ang inflation rate at nanatili sa 4.4 porsyento.
