“I cannot answer, because I have no information. Okay. I know it’s ridiculous but that’s the truth. And there was no consensus to what extent information on the President’s health will be divulged. We will abide with the provision of the Constitution, we take it at the… whatever the President has is not serious for the constitutional provision to apply.
