Kuwento nga ni Meg sa mediacon ng “Abay Babes”, “Mahirap mag-portray ng tomboy, especially’ yung sinasabi nila na the butch lesbians are more quiet, and sila ‘yung hindi pretentious to be a man, basta ganu’n lang sila.

“Pero dito sa film kasi, since it’s a comedy, I have to exert more effort to act as lesbian.

I look for ‘yung bagong anyo niya and, of course, before kasi, walang tattoo ‘yung character. And I said, ‘Direk, we might as well put a tattoo para hindi babaeng tingnan para madumi yung arrive and mas masculine tingnan.”

What if naging tomboy ako, like my friends. But not to the point na wanting to be one of them or gustuhin kong makipagrelasyon sa mga babae.

“Kasi nakaka-appreciate ako ng beauty. Nakaka-appreciate ako ng magagandang characters nila, ‘yung bagay sa kanila, pero kung more than that, wala namang to the point na relationship.

“For me, lalaki talaga ‘yung hanap ko, e. Lalaki talaga ‘yung gusto ko, e. Right now naman, I’m dating and I’m happy naman with my lovelife. Although now its complicated, it’s a bit complicated,” paliwanag ng dalaga.
