Heart nag-audition din sa Hollywood film na Crazy Rich Asians: And I almost got the part!

NAGPATALI muli sa GMA Network si Heart Evangelista matapos pumirma ng exclusive contract last Tuesday.

“I’m very happy to be a Kapuso. Actually even if I don’t have a contract, I think I’ll still be a Kapuso. GMA has always been understanding and they’re not selfish with schedules. When there’s a change of plans, that’s when we discuss but now, I want to work.

“I am very content with my life. I’m very happy where I am. I am very excited to what I have and what I’ll be doing with GMA,” pahayag ni Mrs. Chiz Escudero.

Habang wala pang regular series, tinatapos ni Heart ang sariling website para mabigyan ng chance ang kanyang loyal supporters na mas makilala pa siya nang husto.

Inamin din ni Heart sa panayam ng GMA na nag-audition din siya sa Hollywood movie na “Crazy Rich Asians” kung saan inaabangan na rin ng lahat ang special appearance ni Kris Aquino.

“I actually auditioned for Crazy Rich Asians. That’s my little secret. I almost got the part actually. That’s what he told me,” sabi ng aktres na ang tinutukoy ay ang author ng “Crazy Rich Asians” na si Kevin Kwan na nakasama nga niya recently sa 2018 Paris Fashion Week.

“Then, I met him when he went to the Philippines for his promotion of the book. We got along. The next time, I remember, he wrote about my painted bags for the New York Times.
Nagulat ako na naalala niya ako,” dagdag pa ni Heart.

Tinanong din siya kung ano’ng role sana ang gagampanan niya sa nabanggit na Hollywood movie?

“I’m shy. But I made sure na in case na ma-leak yung audition tape ko, hindi nakakahiya. I hired a crew. Tineyp ko siya like a telenovela.

“Nakakatuwa. It was an experience. It’s funny because sobrang na-appreciate nila yung audition tape ko,” ang pag-alala pa ng Kapuso actress.
