“Because we want to remind people that you can tell your story. You can inspire. You can empower and you don’t need to ask anybody’s permission. When you want to become a better person, when you want the world to become better, you don’t need anybody’s permission,” lahad ni Kuya Boy.

They want to cover stories ‘yung tipo na from pain to wisdom. ‘Yung from being a victim to becoming a victor. From being a big sh**t, to becoming a big shot.

So, that’s what BRATS is all about,” paliwanag ng TV host.

Inspired daw sa iba’t ibang talk conferences ang BRATS gaya ng TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design)Talks kung saan isa siya sa mga speaker, May Gel Conference (a New York-based conference series), Big Think, Ideas City (Canada-based) at Ignite kung saan you make to use 20 slides. Na habang nagsasalita ‘yung speaker, ‘yung slides will only stay for five seconds at kailangan magkwento in 60 se-conds.

And that time, sad pa ang marami sa pagkamatay ni Kate Spade.

Sa magkasunod na pagpapatiwakal nina Kate at Anthony, nais ipaalala ni Kuya Boy na okay ang technology at gadgets but they should be treated as tools. Huwag kalimutan na it’s a wonderful experience to see people na nakikipag-interact.

May nakuha na raw silang expert to discuss all about this “controversial” theme.

“If you know of some millennials, ‘yun ang ating gagawin para once and for all, pati ako, maintindihan natin ano ba talaga ang LGBTIQA. Meron nga ngayong bago na naman, ‘yung fury at saka hetero-flexible,” sabi pa niya.
