MEDYO na-alarm ang fans ni Jessy Mendiola when she narrated how she and her driver met an accident recently.
“Met an accident this morning. My driver dozed off while at the wheel and lost control, my van hit a barrier and we swayed from left to right for a bit before my driver got control of the steering wheel again. I honestly thought I was going to die.
“The scariest part was the side that got hit was where I was sitting, maybe that was why I was the one who woke up first. I’m very thankful nothing happened to me and no other vehicles went against us. I didn’t wish for this experience but it made me appreciate my life more, I thank God for waking me up before things got worse…”
“I didn’t get mad at my driver ‘cos I knew he was tired too, maybe he thought he could go on. My advice to drivers or to anyone who’s driving long hours, when you’re feeling sleepy or tired please stop and take a quick nap. You are responsible for the lives of the people riding with you.”
Marami namang concerned fans ang nagpaabot ng mensahe kay Jessy at merong nagtanggol sa kanyang driver.

“Kakaantay ng driver sa mga artista kapag inuumaga na sa taping. kaya ganyan hndi maiwasan na hndi sapat ung tulog nila. Talagang nakakaidlip sa pag drive. Wake up call na rin ito at sa mga artista na pag me taping sila pag pahingahin mga driver. kasi kahit maingat man sila pero d sapat ang tulog tlgang me accident na mangyare.”
