“So beginning tomorrow, all drivers will be arrested. I told the police, the highway patrol to find the operators and jail them also,” sabi ni Duterte sa kanyang talumpati sa ika-16th na founding anniversary ng lumad group, Supreme Tribal Council for Peace and Development (STCPD).
Nagbanta rin si Duterte na babarilin at mas malala ay patayin ang mga driver at operator na manlalaban habang inaaresto ng mga otoridad.
“If you resist arrest and the lives of the police were in danger, my order to them was to kill you,” dagdag ni Duterte.
Ipinag-utos din ni Duterte ang pagkumpiska sa mga kolorum na sasakyan.
“When a vehicle is not registered and uninsured and you park it in terminals [to fetch passengers], that’s fraud,” dagdag ni Duterte.
“The police is inutile if it can’t put a stop to the practice,” ayon pa kay Duterte.
Ani Duterte bilang na ang araw ng mga kolorum na sasakyan.
Sinabi pa ni Duterte na hindi rin mahalaga sa kanya kung magsagawa ng protesta ang mga driver at operator matapos ang kanyang kautusan.
“I don’t care about… protest. I’ll give you one year to do so. I’ll just declare a one year vacation for everybody,” sabi ni Duterte.
Sinabi pa ni Duterte na dapat nang mahinto ang mga nangyayaring aksidente.
“The deaths (from mishaps) should stop. My heart bled for the victims. They died because of these sons of b*tch*s even if it was not yet their time,” ayon pa kay Duterte.
