KRIS Aquino congratulated Mayor Herbert Bautista dahil na-promote ito bilang brigadier general sa military.
“Congratulations to the newly confirmed Brigadier General Herbert Bautista, Philippine Army (Reserve). Very proud of you. Ngayon, hindi na lang #saQuezonCitylahatpanalo #serviceforthecountry,” caption ni Kris sa Instagram photo niya ni Herbert.
It didn’t sit well with some fans who felt that “in love na naman si Kris”. There are those saying she can’t move on at nagpapapansin na naman.
One fan admitted she’s a basher of Kris but she explained why.
“Ms. Aquino, I am by no means a basher! I just want to share my 2 cents on this issue! So what is wrong with ‘in love na na naman c Kris’ comment. You have been a public figure for a while now and you should be used to be being scrutinized, including your love life.
“You post anything and everything in social media, what you eat, what you just purchased, where you go, what you are thinking, who you are friends with, who you are having issues with, yet you get upset with a simple comment like above. What is wrong with answering ‘no I am not’ or just plainly ignore the comment.
“You choose though to ‘put the person in place.’ How? By highlighting and detailing how superior you are to amrodenharon. No need to indulge in such an exchange. Everyone already knows how rich and famous you and your kids are, no need to flaunt.
“It just makes you look arrogant, which I would like to believe you are not. I know you are human and instances like this sometimes makes us forget and turn us into something that we are not. Just want to remind you that your followers and non followers alike see you as a lot more cultured than this.”
That was the basher’s aria. Of course, fans defended Kris as one said, “Ate Kris payo ko lang sayo. Wag mo pansinin mga taong walang pinag aralan. Kasi ang mga ganyang tao wala modo. Yung mga pakialamero ang dapat asikasuhin ang buhay nila hindi buhay ng ibang tao. Kaya ate kris wag mo sayangin ang time mo sa kanila.
“Hayaan mo sila magsasawa rin mga yan. Kaya wala asenso ang mga Pilipino. Kasi kahit saan sulok ng mundo madami nandyan na ang ugaling kanto at walang modo.”
